“ Easily one of the best fish and chips places around. I usually come here for lunch and the flake and potato cakes are spot on! Blue grenadier is also deliciously cooked, chips are pretty enjoyable too (oil is always fresh, and chips well cooked). Lunch time deals are amazing value, with generous servings. Dinner times seem a bit busier, and once my fish wasn't "amazing" like it normally is during lunch, but I'd still rate it at a solid "pretty good" - and all other times we've come for dinner, they were great anyway. So - highly recommend! :) ”

“ Looking for a great fish and chips, this is the place. The flake is local and best I've had and the batter is like no other I've eaten also resulting in the great taste combination it deserves and cooked just right. The crab sticks are really nice and not chewy with great flavour. Chip potato cakes are awesome too with the same batter which gives them a solid crunch bite and a filling snack. The chips are nice as well, just right size, cooked well and not soggy nor overcooked. Pop on in and give them a shot. Hamburger with the lot.... superb Yes mate, i recommend. ”
